General Information

Wyndham Rewards Experiences is a program available exclusively to Wyndham Rewards members, allowing them to redeem their Wyndham Rewards points for unique experiences and tickets through the Wyndham Rewards Experiences website.

To participate in Wyndham Rewards Experiences, you must be a Wyndham Rewards member with a valid account and 18 years of age or older. Select experiences may be made available only to members holding specific membership levels (e.g., PLATINUM, DIAMOND). Also, select experiences will require members to be 21 years or older and will be defined in the listing terms and conditions.

Experiences are regularly added throughout the year. Members can check the site frequently to see what’s new.

There is no limit to how many experiences you can win or redeem on Wyndham Rewards Experiences. Please note that if you are bidding or redeeming for multiple experiences at the same time, you must have sufficient points in your account to cover all bids.

All members will receive redeemed tickets and final details for their experience 24–48 hours prior to the event. The Wyndham Rewards Experiences team will ensure all members have any tickets or materials needed for their experience prior to the event.

Redeem Now Experiences

Any experience with a “Redeem Now” button instead of “Bid” means the experience is being offered at a fixed amount of points, and in limited quantities. This is a “first come, first served” redemption opportunity. When the quantity available at the set point level has been redeemed, the experience will indicate it is sold out.

Review the experience description on the listing page for any Redeem Now item that interests you. Once you have reviewed the description and are ready to redeem, select “Redeem Now.” If you’re not logged in, you will be asked to log in to your Wyndham Rewards account. Once logged in, you can redeem points for the experience. Points will be automatically deducted from your Wyndham Rewards account. An email confirming the experience will be sent to the email address in your Wyndham Rewards profile shortly thereafter.

You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details within 24 hours. For experiences with physical assets (e.g. parking pass), you will receive a secondary shipping confirmation email and physical assets will be delivered to the address provided. For all other experiences, you will receive a secondary email with detailed redemption instructions from wyndhamrewards@multiplier.co.

No. The Wyndham Rewards Experiences website offers unique experiences that can only be offered for a limited time and in limited quantities. If all quantities of an experience are sold, the experience will indicate "Sold Out" on the description and will no longer be available for redemption. Check back frequently for more great experiences.

Bidding on Experiences

A “Bid” experience is an auction that allows members to bid points on a single package, and the highest bid wins at the close of the auction period. An experience may have multiple packages available, and each package represents its own auction and can be redeemed by the single highest bidder. The “Bid Now” button identifies this experience type.

Review the experience description on the listing page for any item that interests you. Once you have reviewed the experience description and are ready to bid, hit “Bid Now.” If you’re not logged in, you will be asked to log in to your Wyndham Rewards account. You will then be in the auction and can submit the number of points you would like to bid. An email confirming the bid you placed will be sent to the email address in your Wyndham Rewards profile shortly thereafter.

The bid increment is the minimum number of points required to place a bid. For example, if the bid increment is 2,500 points and you select the “Bid Now” button, you are placing a bid for 2,500 points more than the current high bid. All bids must be made in required point increments as stated on the item description.

Your maximum bid amount is the maximum number of points you are willing to offer for an experience. You should determine this amount beforehand and then enter a single bid for that amount in the “Bid” field. An early bid supported by a high maximum bid amount will make the process simple by freeing you from submitting multiple bid increments manually and constantly checking back. You will be kept informed on your bid status by email.

If you are the current high bidder and you have placed a maximum bid, your maximum bid will not be shown to other bidders while the current high bid amount is below that maximum bid threshold. The highest amount that will appear is one bid increment above the most recent competitive bid.

Yes. If your maximum bid amount has been outbid, you can place another maximum amount. You must have sufficient points in your account to cover all bids.

Winning and Experience Fulfillment

In the case of a "Redeem Now" experience, you will be notified by email immediately following your redemption, and you'll receive another follow-up email confirming that the points have been successfully deducted from your account. In the case of an auction, you will be notified if you are the winner once the auction has closed. The winning bid amount will only be deducted if you are the winner after the auction closes. In addition, you can check to see if you have won by visiting the Wyndham Rewards Experiences website and checking the status of your bid in the "Bid Status" section. In both cases, if the funds are not deducted successfully from your account, you will receive an email providing further instructions.

Points will be automatically deducted directly from your Wyndham Rewards account at closing if you are the highest bidder or shortly after you choose "Redeem Now." An email will be sent to your email address on file notifying you that you have won or redeemed the experience and that the points have been successfully deducted from your account. If the points were not successfully deducted from your account, you will receive an email notification with further instructions.

No. Experiences redeemed or won on the Wyndham Rewards Experiences website cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Please allow 48 hours after close of auction to hear from a Wyndham Rewards Experiences representative. If you have not heard from us, contact us at WyndhamRewards@multiplier.co and provide your Wyndham Rewards member number and the experience you won to help us assist you.

We closely monitor events and any changes that may occur. We will contact members who have redeemed for or won an experience that has been postponed or canceled and provide updates.

Account & Technical Support

You will need your Wyndham Rewards username or email address and password to log in to the Wyndham Rewards Experiences website and redeem or bid for experiences.

To reset the password on your Wyndham Rewards account, visit wyndhamrewards.com and select the Sign In button on the top navigation. Select the "Forgot username/password?" link and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

You can update your email address at wyndhamrewards.com. Sign in with your Wyndham Rewards number and password and select "My Account" on the top navigation bar. Select "My Profile" and you will be able to update your email address, password, and other personal information. Status of your bids and redemptions will be sent via email. It is important to have a valid email address in your Wyndham Rewards profile.

While members residing outside the U.S. can bid on or redeem an experience, they will need to provide a U.S.-based address in order to receive physical assets. There will be no mail delivery outside of the U.S. Experiences that are not available for members residing outside the U.S. will be indicated on the product detail page.
